Terms and Condition

Payment:

• Only SERIOUS bidder are welcome to the auction.

• Shipping/handling terms are non-negotiable. Please don't bid if buyer does not agree.

• We accept Paypal only!!! (Sorry that we do not accept money order, personal check or bank transfer)

• Importation tax, custom fee  are not included.

• We reserve all right to refuse high bidders having negative ,hidden feedback ,all non-registered bidders or bidder with unpaid history.

• All payments are expected to be completed within 5 days after auction closed.  Unpaid auction will be forfeited and buyer will receive NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

Shipment

• Items will be shipped within 2 working days (expect Hong Kong public holiday) after receipt of a verified payment.

• All items are directly shipped out as ¡0§gift¡¨by normal international airmail via Hong Kong Post Office (http://www.hongkongpost.com) . Normally, it will take 7-12 working days for arrival. Some countries like ITALY, SPAIN and CANADA may take longer due to the slow Customs' check.

• Hong Kong Post Office will not provide tracking number for normal international airmail. It is highly recommend the buyer to pay insurance (send by registered mail) if the buyer want tracking number

• We are not responsible for any loss in the mail if the item is not insured.

• No Local pickup for auction customers. No third party shipping carrier will be used.

• We only ship the item to the address listed according to the paypal payment information. Buyer should make sure shipping address is correct

• Please contact us within 30days from dispatched  if you don't receive our item(s). Otherwise, we would assume that the item(s) has been received.

Refund and Return

• All damaged/ defective items must be reported within 3 days upon receiving the items. And it must be returned as same received condition within 28 days from dispatched.

• Defective product will be offered replacement.

• It may take up to 5 working days to process the returned item after we have received it.

• Buyer is responsible for the shipping fees of returned item(s).

• Shipment fee ,handling charge and insurance will not be refunded in any case.
