We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Be aware when using paypal e-cheques.  The take around 10 days to fully clear and NO goods will be sent until we have confirmed & cleared payment.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.  Deliveries will be next WORKING day unless specified otherwise.  Delivery will be with Federal Express Couriers and must have a signature on delivery.  All Postage costs apply to MAINLAND UK ONLY.  Please contact us for delivery to Highlands, Ireland, Eire, Islands and Abroad BEFORE you make a bid.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
