We do our best to accurately and completely describe all items. Brand tags are defaced in accordance with local and state authorities in order to prevent return to the retail stores. Condition of items is as described. If it says New With Tags – the item has the tag in tact. If the item says New Without Tags – the item is in new condition sans tags. If the item is in Excellent or Perfect Condition – there are no signs that this item has been used (no stains, tears, defects, fading, pilling or other indications of wear). If the item says Good Condition – the item has been gently worn and may show some signs of washing – again there are no stains, tears or defects. FIT and SIZING OF ITEMS: Manufacturers list their sizes on the tags inside the garment. We provide those in the sizing/measurement information. We also provide the actual garment measurements for your convenience because items will often fit different people in different ways. Please make sure that you read the measurements carefully and have considered whether the garment you are going to purchase will fit your body type, style and size adequately.  

SHIPPING: Items normally ship same day as payment received. Items are mailed via USPS and may go parcel post unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for loss or damage after shipping. We notify all of our customers when their item is shipped. If you do not receive your item within a timely manner 5-10 days, please notify as soon as possible so that we may track your item and provide current shipment information. The email that we send you contains all of the shipment information necessary to track your item on your own.

·       COMBINED SHIPPING: Shipping discounts will be given for multiple auctions won within 3 days. To receive combined shipping discounts, all items must be paid for in one payment & shipped to the same address. Please DO NOT PAY until all auctions close - you MUST wait for us to create a customized invoice for the discount to be applied.  Combined shipping discount is calculated as follows:

Item with Highest S&H is applied first, all additional items shipped with the same order will have a discount applied.

How we calculate your discount: 

Baby items ship for an additional $1.00 each S&H

Adult Clothing Items ship for an additional $1.50 each S& H with the exception of Jeans or heavier items as indicated.

 PAYMENT OPTIONS: Pay pal is preferred method of payment. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. If you are bidding on additional items payment is expected within 3 days of final auction. If you have any questions during the payment process, please feel free to contact us. If your item remains unpaid for more than 7 days you will be notified that the item is being returned to auction for others to bid on and that your account will be placed in dispute. 

 RETURNS: If you need to return an item please email us with your concern prior to leaving feedback for a resolution. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we welcome the opportunity to hear your concerns and comments and to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Once a return has been approved, please include the following pieces of information with your item: original item number, purchase date & reason for return. Returns will be processed in the order that the requests are received. Your refund will be issued within three days of approval – minus the shipping costs to and from buyer address unless the item is being returned due to seller mistake or misrepresentation, in which the S&H charges will be refunded minus a $2.00 processing fee. Items must be returned undamaged, and in the condition that they were received (tags attached, clean, etc.)

NONPAYING BIDDERS:  Items unpaid after 7 or more days and no contact or attempt is made by the buyer to resolve the matter, your account and item will be reported to EBay and non-paying bidder process will be initiated. We will send you a payment reminder after 5 days. If you require more time to pay for your item due to personal circumstances, please let us know. We will work with you. If we do not receive a response from you after two attempts at contact regarding your unpaid item, we will place the purchase in dispute with ebay. Please contact us ASAP if you feel that your account or item purchase has been entered into this process by mistake.
