STORE POLICIES
CONDITION & AUTHENICITY OF ITEMS: All of our items are purchased new & are authentic as stated. We do not sell pre-owned intimates. They are discontinued, overstock, or overrun items purchased from the same wholesale suppliers that provide the majority of ebay sellers with merchandise. Most often, brand identifying tags are required to be removed or defaced to prevent return to retail stores. Listing descriptions will state whether the items are new with tags, or new without tags. Please do not purchase an item & then question the authenicity. If you can't accept in good faith the items are as stated, please do not bid.
PAYMENT: We accept Paypal only. Payment should be received with 5 days of auction end if paying with Paypal. If paying with e-check through paypal, please initiate process in a timely manner, since it takes approximately 4 working days for check to clear.
COMBINED SHIPPING: Shipping discounts will be given for multiple auctions won within 5 days. To receive combined shipping discounts, all items must be paid for in one payment & shipped to the same address. Please contact us for a combined invoice with s/h discount, after you have completed bidding on all auctions. Please do not pay until all auctions end. Combined shipping discounts are as follows: highest s/h cost, then 1/2 off each additional item, unless otherwise stated in listing.
SHIPPING: We pride ourselves on our ability to ship promptly after payment is recieved. Checkout our feedback! Items are mailed via usps first class mail. Delivery confirmation is included for US delivery. E-mail for s/h fees to the following: PO Box, APO, FPO, HI, AK, PR, GU, and VI.
INSURANCE: Optional, but recommended. For insurance, add $2.00 for amounts up to $50.00. Seller is not responsible for damaged, lost, or undelivered items if insurance is not purchased.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt with items in exact condition as received. Due to the intimate nature of some of our items, we will not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the items have been grossly misrepresented or there is a mistake in shipping. Please contact us immediately if there was a mistake with shipping, so it can be corrected as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Always welcome! Please e-mail for s/h costs prior to bidding. If you do not contact us before bidding, please do not attempt to negotiate s/h, it is not negotiable. Insurance may available depending on location. Seller is not responsible for damaged, lost, or undelivered items. Please do not request "gift" to be marked on customs form. The ending price of the items will be listed under "value", excluding s/h costs.
CONTACT FROM SELLER: Winning bidders will always be contacted at upon receipt of payment & when package is mailed. If you do not receive e-mail from us, it may be due to your junk e-mail setting or spam blocker.
FEEDBACK: Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without contacting us first. As stated in ebays's feedback policy, please contact us so we have a chance to resolve any issues prior to you leaving neutral or negative feedback. We want every transaction to be satisfactory to the buyer. Feedback will be left after feedback has been received from buyer. We want to make sure you have received your items & are satisfied with your purchase before leaving feedback.
NONPAYING BIDDERS: If payment is not received, or any contact made, the "Unpaid Item Process" will be initiated, and the item will be re-listed.
