All items sold are New, although some items will have their tags removed as this is statutory.

Should you need to return your item, I will accept returns and will adhere to the Distant Selling Regulations , when you return an item to us you must complete the form that is provided (form is attached to every delivery).  If an item is damaged due postal issues then a refund will take place when Royal Mail claim is complete.   If you just ordered the wrong size then I am afraid you are liable for the cost of return of the item.
