Terms & Conditions 

All items sold are New, although some items will have their tags removed as this is statutory.

In short, 

1.  Contact must be made within 3 days of Sale to inform me of how you intend to pay for item purchased.

2.  Payment must be made within 7 days of Sale or you will be subject to an Unpaid Payment Reminder and then further Action will            be taken if no response.

3.  Paying by cheque, if you want to pay by cheque please note that it will take up to 10 working days for your cheque to clear within       my banking system so Paypal is preferred in every case.

4.  Outside the Uk, Paypal only please.

5.  Should you need to return your item, I will accept returns and will adhere to the Distant Selling Regulations , when you return an item to us you must complete the form that is provided (form is attached to every delivery).  If an item is damaged due postal issues then a refund will take place when Royal Mail claim is complete.    If you just ordered the wrong size then I am afraid you are liable for the cost of return of the item and the outward cost also.
