NURSES SILVER FOB/POCKET WATCH-Free Postage on 2+ Items

1)Faults-If an item is found to have a fault on arrival i will replace the item free of charge. The buyer MUST inform me within 14 days of purchase.

2)The postage and packing will NOT be refunded

3)Return postage and packing costs must be met by the buyer

4)ANY REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AS EXCHANGES ONLY- NO CASH OR PAYPAL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN

5)Items lost in the post-Occasionally items do go missing-ONLY items that have been paid for using recorded delivery or optional insurance are covered 

6)Items paid for using STANDARD 1ST CLASS POSTAGE are NOT COVERED. In this situation i send the proof of postage to the buyer to pursue the claim with royal mail. I have had to do this due to dishonest buyers claiming item have not been received when in fact they have--this system is the fairest way for all involved

7)OPTIONAL INSURANCE OR RECORDED DELIVERY IS STRONGLY ADVISED

8)Any other refunds are explained in the individual item description.
