Looking 4 Online Limited is a family run British Company based in South Wales. We only sell Genuine Top Branded products, at lower than high street prices. 
All items are in stock and are shipped from our distribution centre in South Wales either same day or within 1 working day of cleared payment.

Payment

Checkout should be complete within 3 days from end of item and payment made within 7 days of end of item. We are happy to wait for payment from genuine buyers, if for any reason you have difficulty completing checkout or payment as stated, please contact us. Failure to make contact with us will lead to us opening and unpaid item dispute after 7 days.

Shipping

General 
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to in perfect condition. Items are shipped from our premises within 1 working day of cleared payment. All items are shipped via Royal Mail and are subject to Royal Mails terms of carriage.
UK Deliveries 
Sellers Standard Rate 
This service is via Royal Mail 2nd class postage. Delivery times for this service are described as 2-3 working days following dispatch. This is not a guarantee of service. Claims for loss cannot be made before 15 working days (3 weeks) have elapsed from delivery. 
1st Class Postage 
You can upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 1st class postage. Delivery times for this service are described as From 1 working day following dispatch. This is not a guaranteed delivery time. 
Special Delivery 
You can upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next day delivery service to Main Land UK. Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are insured up to £500 as standard 
Domestic Insurance 
You can upgrade Sellers Standard Rate and 1st Class delivery to Recorded delivery for a small fee. This is Royal Mails insurance option for domestic customers and requires a signature upon delivery. Items are insured up to the value of £36 with this upgrade. 
International Deliveries
AirMail 
We use Royal Mail AirMail for international shipments. This is Royal Mails standard service for international shipment this service DOES NOT offer online tracking and insurance only valid whilst in the UK. 
Delivery times to European Countries is described as "From 3 Working Days" following dispatch. Typical deliveries are between 5-10 working days (1-2 weeks). 
Delivery to World Wide destination Countries is described as "From 5 Working Days" following dispatch. Typical deliveries are between 7-15 working days (2-3 weeks).
International Insurance 
For a nominal fee (a fee we are charged by Royal Mail) you can UPGRADE your international shipment to either AirSure (where available) or "International Signed For". These offer a more comprehensive insurance and offer a tracked service.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. 

By purchasing from us here on eBay you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of sale within these pages. 
Communication 
We will keep you informed at every stage of your order via eBay messages. You should receive a winning bidder notification, invoice (where appropriate), dispatch notification, and a feedback remainder 14 days after dispatch. 
P&P
Our P&P charges cover a number of costs including postage, packaging materials, packaging time, eBay fees, PayPal fees along with the VAT on these items. The price you see printed on the label is not our only costs. 
Delivery 
Items are shipped daily. Delivery times are not guaranteed. 
UK orders normally arrive within 2-3 working days following dispatch.
European Orders normally arrive 5-10 working days following dispatch. 
Worldwide orders normally arrive 7-15 working days following dispatch.
If your item does not arrive as quickly as expected please contact us and we will happily answer any of your questions. We would ask that you allow a little extra time around holiday periods.

Occasional delays in the delivery process are inevitable, this is not something we can control, we hope our customers appreciate our service and rate us based on our dispatch date (date of postmark on item) and not the delivery date.
Refunds & Returns

Returns Policy

General
If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately via eBay messaging. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have.
All products come with a 7 day money back guarantee.
Distance Selling
We fully comply with distance selling regulations and you cancel any order for a full refund prior to the item being dispatched. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order after shipment, you can do so up to 7 days after receipt of goods, this notification of cancellation must be in writing to us. This notice of cancellation will only deem to be accepted by us once we have acknowledged your communication.
Faulty/Damaged Items
Any faulty or damaged item can be returned for a refund or replacement. Any fault or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt in writing. A Fault report will only deemed to have be accepted once we acknowledge the communication in writing (via email). 
Upon receipt of a faulty/damaged item we will inspect it against the fault reported. If the item is found to be faulty we will refund the buyers return postal costs and either replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund.
Unwanted Items
Unwanted items can be returned under the terms of the "Distance Selling Regulations" as long as any item is unopened and in all its original packaging. All return carriage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of return. We would recommend that the buyer uses a tracked/insured service for the items return. We will only refund on safe receipt of the returned item. 
Upon receipt of returned items they will be subject to inspection; items found to be in their original state and resalable we will refund the costs of the item less any original postal costs and eBay selling fees. Items found not to be resalable we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the items value.
Returns Procedure
If you wish to return an item for any reason you must request a RMA number detailing the reason for the return. We will acknowledge all returns request within 24 hours. For valid returns we will issue a RMA number that must be quoted on the returned item. We will not accept any return without a valid RMA number.
