Here are our Postal, Warranty and Return policies.
Arrangements other than those stated here, are strictly the discretion of the management at YEKoYEK.co.uk and we do our best to have 100% satisfied customers.
POSTAL POLICY: You may purchase as many items as you wish in one order and we only charge a single fixed fee of £3.00 for postage and packing.
Your purchase will be posted to your registered address the next Working Day after full payment is received. We use Royal Mail First Class Service and although First Class Mail is not a guaranteed service, Royal Mail aims to deliver within one to two days.
We accept requests for other postal services. Please email us at sales@yekoyek.co.uk for details.
Your purchase will be insured against loss or damage in transit FREE of charge. If your purchase is damaged or lost in transit we'll send a replacement.
If you do not receive your packet within 15 days of the purchase then Royal Mail will consider your packet as lost. We'll then fill a claim form for the lost item and you'll receive a letter from Royal Mail to confirm the loss. Then we can send out a replacement FREE of charge.
If the item that you've receive is damaged, you must keep the item in the damaged packet and post it back to us as you received it. We'll bear all postage costs and we'll send out a replacement immediately.
WARRANTY: All of our products carry a one full year warranty against any manufacturer defect from the date of purchase. If your items are found to be faulty we will replace them free of charge.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse of the battery or diminishing run time due to normal wear and tear.
If you find your item to be faulty on receipt, then you must inform us within 7 days. You may email us at sales@yekoyek.co.uk and request a Return Number. You may then return the faulty item to us in its Original Retailing Package for our inspection. If the item is found to be faulty, we'll send out a replacement immediately and will bear all postage costs.
Items found to be faulty after 7 days may still be returned for inspection and replacement but the postage costs must be born by you the customer. You may email us at sales@yekoyek.co.uk and request a Return Number. You may then return the faulty item to us in its Original Retailing Package for our inspection. If the item is found to be faulty, we'll send out a replacement immediately and will only bear the postage costs for sending out the replacement.
If for any reason we are unable to replace the faulty product, then we'll refund you.
RETURNS: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of purchase, unused, in cellophane and in original retail packaging, for a refund or a replacement.
All refunds will be for the original purchase price of the item(s) only, EXCLUDING the P&P.
