For all our UK and Overseas deliveries we use Royal Mail postal services. Royal Mail deliver an excellent service, 99% of our items arrive either next day in the case of 1st class, or within 3 days in the case of 2nd class. Be aware that some of our items are too large for your letterbox – if you’re not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting office – but note NOT ALL POSTMEN LEAVE CARDS!

We are pleased to offer our items worldwide. Wherever possible we will ship our items to your destination country, and will combine items for maximum value - ask for a quote.

We are pleased to offer the following methods of payment to purchase our items (please note that Ebay may prevent methods other than Paypal in certain categories - this is out of our control):

Paypal eCheques: when paying by Paypal depending upon the source of the payment, we may receive your payment in the form of a Paypal eCheque. This is similar to a paper cheque whereby it can take upwards of 10 days to clear. We will endevour to ship your item upon receipt of the cleared payment.

We try incredibly hard to achieve a high level of customer service, however things do go wrong from time to time. Our returns policy is as follows:

Faulty Items: If you receive an item which is genuinely faulty, in the first instance contact us by email through the Ebay message system defining the exact problem you are experiencing. Many issues can be solved immediately simply with a little help from us. If the item is faulty, we will then ask you to send the item back to us for a choice of either a refund of the original purchase price or a replacement. We regret we cannot refund any postage costs. We must be notified of faulty items immediately and item returned within 14 days of purchase. Faulty items which are returned and are working upon testing may be subject to a restocking fee.

Unwanted Items: If you no longer want the item you purchased we will accept the item back providing you notify us immediately and return the item within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned to us ununused in a resaleable condition. All original packaging must be unopened and the item must be complete including any accessories or additional items supplied with the item. Upon us receiving the item in a satisfactory condition we will provide a refund less postage and packing of the original purchase price. It is recommended you send the item by Recorded or Special Delivery with sufficient packaging as we cannot refund lost or damaged items. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Lost or Missing Items: We receive proof of posting for all our items. Although 99% of our items arrive ok, occasionally some do get lost on the way. We ask you to give sufficient time for the item to arrive. At busy times (i.e. Christmas) please allow longer. If you have not received your item within 7 days of us receiving your cleared payment, contact your local sorting office as they may be holding it if it was too large to fit in your letter box (they do not always leave a calling card). We will look into the problem and file a claim against Royal Mail. A replacement item will be despatched to you.

By bidding and winning one of our Ebay auctions or by using the "buy-it-now" facility, you are agreeing to purchase the item and to pay in full at the agreed auction price plus postage and packaging charges.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in this listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will always be happy to help in the unlikely event that you have a problem.
