| Q: | Is the picture and description illustrated exactly what I will receive? |
| A: | We aim to provide our customers with accurate goods of the images used. However, occasionally very minor differences may occur due to our supplier. |

| Q: | I noticed an auction listing just ended without any bids. Can you sell me this item at listing price because it did not sell? |
| A: | Unfortunately all items unsold will be automatically relisted. You will need to bid for the relisted auction listing. |

| Q: | I have bid and won an auction item listed, can I purchase duplicate items at the same price? |
| A: | Unfortunately not. Each auction is for a single item. If you require more than one you will need to bid or buy from one of our other listings. |

| Q: | Is this tap suitable for a mega flow system or a tank fed system? |
| A: | Yes. It works fine with high pressure water system. |

| Q: | Is the ceramic valve interchangeable? |
| A: | Water within the UK can be hard which cause lime scale build up inside the ceramic valve. Our ceramic valve can be bought and replaced without the need of replacing the whole tap at a later date. |

| Q: | Tap leaks from the handle |
| A: | Tighten the packing nut. Replace the "O" ring or packing. |
|
| Q: | Tap drips from the spout |
| A: | Replace the seat washer. Redress or replace the valve seat. |

| Q: | The water pressure is too low |
| A: | Make sure the water supply valves under the sink are turned on all the way. Clean or replace the aerator. Check plumbing system for water pressure problems. |

| Q: | Water is leaking from the tap under the sink |
| A: | Check the water supply connections to the tap Inspect the water supply lines or hoses for leaks. |

| Q: | The waste won't open or won't close |
| A: | Check that the lift rod is connected to the pop-up lever rod. Check that the pop-up lever rod is engaged with the waste. |

| Q: | Tap is noisy when I turn it on |
| A: | The valve may require new washer. The water pressure from the supply line may be too high or too low |

| Q: | Handle is loose |
| A: | Remove the cap and tighten the screw. Locate and tighten the hex set screw. Remove the handle and check for stripped teeth on the stem. |

The cost for Postage and Packaging is stated clearly at the top of each listing and in the item description. The Postage Costs include UK VAT at 15%. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
How long will my item take to arrive?
We normally offer next working day delivery to your home door (48 hours for Scottish Highlands and N.Ireland), as long as your purchasing is before 11:00am. Please remember that working day means Monday to Friday, and does not include bank holidays. If you have not received your item within 7 working days, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery times are increased over the Christmas period and New Year. If you need an item urgently during this period, please contact us.
We endeavor to provide low cost delivery options for all our customers. If you have a problem with a delivery, please firstly contact us, and we will do our best to sort it out. We have a full track and trace system in place for parcel deliveries. We can tell you exactly where your parcel is in the country, and how many delivery attempts have been made to the delivery address. Also, after we provide a consignment number to you, you can track your item via our courier's online tracking system by yourself.
DELIVERED AS DAMAGED GOODS?
Please CHECK the item and see if it has been damaged during transportation before you sign the consignment notice. If it's damaged, please sign as Goods Damaged. Then we will send you a new item by the next day.
If for certain reason you could not check the item at delivery, damages MUST be reported to us within 24 hours after delivery. Otherwise we will disclaim any Delivered as Damaged Reports. A prompt report will facilitate our processing procedure.
Can I combine my postage charge?
When you buy more than one item, you may be eligible to pay a reduced postage per extra item you buy [weight and size permitting]. The additional item charge is stated in the product listing and at the checkout.
If you are buying in quantity from our product range please contact us so we can optimize the delivery method. This is particularly important for TRADE customers who have sizable and ongoing requirements.
Can I pick up from your warehouse myself?
Yes. Please note self pick-up is only available for item to be paid with buy-it-now price. You can come between 11am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please inform us of your specific pick-up time by email or eBay Message.

Can I pay by card over the phone?
Yes, we accept any major debit and credit card (Visa, Master Card, Switch/Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron). Please call us on 08450 944 577 between 11:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Venice bath Limited is dedicated to providing high levels of customer service before and after every sale.
1. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with this product, just send it back any time within 14 days of transaction and we will refund you within 24 hours upon receiving the item.
2. Please contact us at venice_bath@hotmail.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request before you send back the item. Otherwise there may be a delay of 7 days in processing time.
3. The returned item must be in pristine condition with its original box and packaging, otherwise an extra 10% restocking charge will apply.
4. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transportation. We recommend you use traceable service so that you can confirm when we receive the item.
Non-Faulty Items
5. For non-faulty items, postage will not be refunded . For free P&P items, minimum charge of applies.
6. You will be responsible for returning the item. If you cannot find a courier company, we can arrange collection of the item for you. The cost will be subtracted from the product fee.
Faulty Items
7. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault does occur, please contact us and we will help you identify the problem. Please understand that we will need photos or other proofs of the fault. If it is within 14 days of transaction, we will either send you a replacement or refund.
8. Problems reported after 14 days are subject to protection under the manufacturer warranty. Please contact us and Venice Bath will work with manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. The sale will be final after 14 days of transaction and NO refund can be issued in any circumstances.
1. Venice Bath warrantees and represents that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
2. When a product becomes defective within the warranty period, we will assist in repair, or we will replace the part according to our supplier’s warranty policy. Shipping charges may apply. Damage or liability arising out of a willful act or willful negligence may void the warranty.
3. Venice Bath cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party costs or compensations in any way for damage to the item or other goods.
4. Venice Bath reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at Venice Bath eBay store at any time.
5. All items Venice Bath supply, will be sold in accordance to your statutory rights under "The Sale of Goods Act 1979" (as amended) and "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000".
6. No Venice Bath employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Venice Bath’s policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
7. Venice Bath’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by Venice Bath of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between Venice Bath and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.
8. These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
9. If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy, so that the policies shall remain in full force and effect.
