2) Ask any & all questions, especially specific special requests prior to purchase. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for our inability to accommodate a certain request after payment has been made

3) If payment is made with a personal check, we must hold the check for 10 business days to ensure payment has cleared

4) Because of the meticulous care we take in packing, please understand that it may take up to 10 business days from cleared payment for your item to be shipped out

All international buyers must contact us with their post code for accurate shipping rates prior to purchase.

Items of $250USD and up:

* PayPal payments can only be accepted if the item is shipped using BAX Global, UPS, or FedEx

* To ship using USPS Priority Mail/Express Mail, payments must be made with an international money order or bank wire transfer, drawn in US funds—NO PAYPAL PAYMENTS – NO EXCEPTIONS

* Import taxes and customs fees are solely the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any questions, please contact your country’s customs department to inquire about your duty responsibility.

 Items between $50 and $250:

            * No USPS First Class Mail, Priority or Express Mail or private carrier (such as BAX Global, FedEx, or UPS) only.
