THIS BIKE AS FAR AS I CAN SEE IS COMPLETE EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE OF MINOR THINGS ie BACK LIGHT AND SIDE PANNIERS. IT WAS RIDEN TO THE SPOT WHERE IT LAY FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND SHOULDN'T TAKE MUCH TO GET IT GOING.I HAVE THE OLD V5 AND THE NEW V5C FOR THIS BIKE .
