Payment

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: - PAYPAL (PREFERRED), PERSONAL CHEQUE (UK ONLY), POSTAL ORDER, BANKERS DRAFT. Payment within 7 days of purchase please unless otherwise agreed by email prior to purchase. Overseas buyers - PAYPAL ONLY please.

Shipping

Postal costs as specified in listing details. If you require a postal service not already quoted for just phone 01481 710258 or email for the most cost effective deal for you. We use quality packaging materials to ensure your purchase is well protected during transit. We are happy to quote for additional insurance if required. We obtain a proof of postage for EVERY item that we dispatch and track all courier dispatches in real time.

Delivery

We offer a fast dispatch and will post upon the first available working day after receipt of cleared payment - Monday through to Friday. If purchase and receipt of payment is before 12 noon weekdays (excluding Wednesdays) we make every effort to dispatch same day but this is at our discretion.

Refunds & Returns

At Outdoor Guernsey we operate an open and honest returns policy. If you require an alternative size we will exchange providing the item is returned to us in the same condition posted and that you contact us within 7 days of purchase to ensure a suitable replacement is in stock. In this instance we ask that you kindly cover postage involved. We GUARANTEE that your item will be perfect and exactly as described. If this is not the case we offer a FULL no quibble immediate refund or replacement on return of the item to us. Contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange for you to return the item to us at our expense ensuring you do not incur any costs.
