IF YOU DONT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT WE CAN ACCEPT, PERSONAL CHEQUES, BACS , ONLINE TRANSFER ,POSTAL ORDERS AS A MODE OF PAYMENT.
Please also be aware that it will take 10 days for a cheque to clear.
PLEASE MAKE THE PAYMENT WITH IN 48 HOURS OF THE AUCTION CLOSED. IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PAYMENT WITH IN TIME , PLEASE LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receiving your cleared funds, but during busy times this may be extended.

In order to maintain Quality Control and timely dispatch of orders, we do not allow customer collections. We want you to be informed of how we will deal with your order in advance, so if any of the above conditions do not suit your requirements then please do not bid .

By bidding or purchasing any of our products, you are entering into a legally binding contract, and are agreeing to the following terms:if you do not agree with the T & C of sale , please do not bid or buy;
1-Your order will normally be despatched within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) but only after receipt of cleared funds. Please allow up to 10 days for a cheque to clear.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an e-mail through paypal together with a tracking number. If you do not receive this e-mail within 7 working days , please send an e-mail to prime786@hotmail.co.uk .if you did not receive the item with in 10 days of date of shipment , please let us know .
2. Under no circumstances we will SHIP outside the EUROPE.
3. Postage & Packaging cost paid are non refundable in any case.
4. We do not allow you to collect your order for reasons of security and efficiency, no matter how local you are to us Payment
5. Payment should be made with in 2 days of auction closed.
6. We only accept the payment methods as described in the listings.
7. All auctions and Buy It Now purchases must complete the checkout process within 2 days to: a) avoid the item being relisted b) avoid an unpaid item strike from eBay c) avoid negative feedback being left on your account d) avoid any legal actions as a result of breaking this contract to purchase

RETURNS & REFUNDS
10- If you no longer want the product you purchased, kindly send an email from the eBay system with in 7 days . Please note the item has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used.
11 - If you simply purchased the item in error and no longer want the item and can comply with 10 policy we can only refund total amount you paid minus Postage & Packing and handling fee.
13. If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent.
If upon receipt of your item(s) you believe there is a fault, please let us know with in 7 days of receipt of the item . if the item is damaged or not as described in the listings or you are not happy ,PLEASE CONTACT US THROUGH EBAY Or email us at prime786@hotmail.co.uk. We keep record of Serial No of the item listed of the item where applicable .
15. Item(s) returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery. please contact us before returning the item .
16. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure any item(s) authorised for return are properly packaged. return postage cost need to paid by buyer .
17- If an item(s) is deemed faulty after 7 days of receipt, or it has been used and damaged by buyer , we will not accept the return .
