Dear Customer,

Thank you for your recent purchase, I appreciate your custom. However, should there be a genuine reason for wanting to return or exchange your item.  Please see the notes below to assist with your request and follow the step-by-step guide.
Accepted: Item damaged upon arrival; Wrong item sent out. 
NOT ACCEPTED: Item bought in error; Item damaged after arrival; Item is not what was expected it to be.              
1. Contact the seller.
If you need to return the item, please do so by sending an email, within 24 hours of receiving the item, requesting a returns authorisation code and a reason for the request. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM UNTIL  AN AUTHORISTION CODE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.
2. Return the item.
As you can appreciate, I must ensure that I am able to claim back from the manufacturers, thus, I also need to keep track of any returned goods. All items must be returned via “Special delivery” in the original condition and packaging. I can not process a refund or exchange if this criterion is not met
3. Receive email from seller.
I will send you an email confirming that I have received the item and will process an exchange or refund.
Once all the steps have been completed either an 80% refund or exchange will be offered.
