1. Contact the seller.
If you need to return the item, please do so by sending an email, within 24 hours of receiving the item, requesting a returns authorisation code and a reason for the request. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM UNTIL  AN AUTHORISTION CODE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED.
2. Return the item.
As you can appreciate, I must ensure that I am able to claim back from the manufacturers, thus, I also need to keep track of any returned goods. All items must be returned via “Special delivery” in the original condition and packaging. I can not process a refund or exchange if this criterion is not met
3. Receive email from seller.
I will send you an email confirming that I have received the item and will process an exchange or refund.
Once all the steps have been completed either an 80% refund or exchange will be offered.
