We say they are 99% because they have been reconditioned to the highest quality and are in mint condition. The housing is replaced with an original housing.
Do you ship outside of UK?
Yes but only in Europe. Shipping Costs are £10. We DO NOT SHIP ANYWHERE ELSE!

Will the phone work on any network & Pay as you Go?
Yes. All phones are unlocked to any network in the UK & Europe (except 3G) unless otherwise stated and will work on both PAYG and contract sims.
What does the 12 Month warranty cover?
Even though every phone is quality checked before dispatch the 12 month peice of mind warranty period covers you in the case of faulty handsets. The 365 day warranty will start from date of dispatch and will only be accepted as a return if it is faulty. Water or accidental damage is not classed as faulty and may be subject to extra repair charges.
How long will delivery be if I pay other than Paypal?
Confirmed Paypal Orders or phone orders: Same Day Dispatch on confirmed paypal payments but please allow up to 3 working days.
