No stock photos are used.

Please do not bid if you have zero feedback or recent negative feedback (within the last two months) unless you e-mail me first.

Unfortunately this is due to non-paying bidders.  I reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with zero or recent negative feedback.

Please do not ask me to end the Auction early as it is unfair on the existing bidders and watchers.  I will only end an auction early if there is a mistake in the listing.  No item listed on ebay is listed or advertised anywhere else.

Payment Methods

I Prefer Payments by PayPal.
However, I will accept Postal Orders, Banker’s Cheques and Personal Cheques on the understanding that items will not be despatched until cheques have cleared.

Payments must be made within 5 days of the end of the auction.  If payment is not received within 5 days, I will re-list the item or offer to the next highest bidder and a ‘Non-Paying Bidder’ Alert will be left!!

Postage Details

Postage on this item is set at £3.50 for Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.

The postage cost is based on the rates detailed in the Post Office guide from 6^th of April 2009

My Postage cost is a combination of fees including Post Office Fees plus Packaging costs and PayPal fees.

I accept no responsibility or liability for the goods once they have left my possession although insurance is available upon request.

A receipt and tracking number are always obtained with recorded delivery.  The tracking number can be provided upon request.

Please note, I do not allow collections in person.  Apart from being inconvenient, I have been let down in the past.

So please don’t ask.

Postage Discount Available

Postage Discount is available for buyers who purchase 2 or more items.  If you have won multiple auctions, please email me when the auctions have ended so I can adjust the postage for you before issuing an invoice.

Mobile Phone Batteries

Please note, I cannot be held responsible for the life of any batteries which are included with the phones I put up for auction.  The phones will be fully charged prior to listing.  I will state whether the phone does not charge.  However, I have not tested the battery life any further.

Please understand this when bidding as I will not refund on this basis.

If there is a problem please contact me via email before leaving bad feedback or logging a dispute with PayPal.  I will always try and sort out the problem.
