Exchange/Replacement

Any items that are faulty/replacement please email us within 14 days of receipt of item.  If you do need to return item to us please email us for return details & don’t forget to include your eBay & date of purchase with item in its original condition as this speed up replacement process.  Any items returned to us found not to be faulty buyer will need to pay for the shipping & handling fees for returning the goods.

We reserve right to cancel any order & refund buyer if any item becomes out of stock we will notify you of this and if there is any alternative products/options.

Refund

Refunds are allowed as long as you inform us & return item within 14 days of receipt,  items needs to be returned in there original condition.
