NOAM ELIMELECH 1787 RARE REPRINT!

Description

You are bidding on a rare and hard to find book known as the Noam Elimelech written by the well known Chassidic Master and student of the founder of the Hassic movement Rabbi Israel Baal Shem Tov, Rav Elimelech of Lizensk and who was to be made the subject of the famous Yiddish song, "Az dee Rebbi Elimelech....".

THIS BOOK is not however the original first edition-which costs lottsa $$$$- but a facsimile edition, true to the original. It  is rare and was published  in Israel in 1994 by one of the descendants of this Holy Rabbi, none other than the Belzer Rebbi on the occasion of his grandson's wedding, Daniel Rokach to Rivka the grandaughter of the lelover rebbi.

It was given out as a gift to all those who participated in the wedding so probably this particular edition had a limited run.

The book is meant to be a good luck charm and a fire insurance as well as business success type of an amulet to the one who owns it.

It's a MINIATURE book which measures only 8 x 8.5 cm (that's a little over than 3 x 3 inches). Comes in a plastic sleeve.
