(1) All return costs to be bourne by buyers and returned to us within 20 working business days from date of item sold (2) Any item returned must be in its original packaging and box (3) NO REFUNDS will be made if item is not expired, or bought wrongly, or if item's packaging is damaged in transit. (4) In the event the item is lost in transit and you have not opt for registered tracking postage, refunds will only be made to item cost sold, excluding postage cost.

*** NOTE : We take extra care to ensure all our items sold are sealed and in original packaging, with expiry dates at least 12 months after item sold date, and extra care has been taken to ensure the item is packed nicely. However, it is not within our control if the customs officers were to inspect the item and in the process has open the package for inspection. Any returns due to this aspect will not be accepted ***
