(1) For ALL products listed in my Categories under Promotions, Asian Spices, Candy and Sweets, Health, Oriental Spices, Premium Tea, and Snacks, there will be NO RETURNS accepted as these are perishable and/or medicinal items.
(2) For any products listed under categories Baby and Me, Collectables, HairCare, PC/MAC games, and Others, any faulty item must be reported within 3 days from item sold date, and items to be returned to us within 14 business days.
(3) Buyer to bear FULL RETURN POSTAGE cost.
(4) Item returned must be in its original packing with full contents as stated in the box.  (5) NO REFUNDS will be made if item is not expired, or bought wrongly, or if item's packaging is damaged in transit. 
(6) For LOST ITEMS, if you have not opt for registered tracking postage, refunds will only be made to item cost sold, excluding postage cost.

*** NOTE ***
We take extra care to ensure all our items sold are sealed and in original packaging, with expiry dates at least 12 months after item sold date, and extra care has been taken to ensure the item is packed nicely. However, it is not within our control if the customs officers were to inspect the item and in the process has open the package for inspection. Any returns due to this aspect will not be accepted.
