Return
Unwanted goods for return must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified out with this period. The cost of returning the goods safely to us is your responsibility. You may return to any of our member which is closer to you. We may not be able to accept back non-faulty goods that have been supplied to your specific order or damaged during transit or fitting. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Some special order items correctly supplied may not be returnable depending on the manufacturers.
Policy on Returns
Where goods are alleged to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return such goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform us of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow us to remedy the defect, failure or interruption.
Wrong Parts supplied
If the reason for returning the part is a mistake on our behalf and we have delivered you a wrong part, we will refund the parts and carriage costs, providing they are returned within seven days they have not been fitted or tempered and are in original condition and packaging
Ordering Mistake
In the event where a buyer mistakenly orders the wrong product. The Seller will refund the cost of the goods (less the initial delivery charge and restacking charges) when they are received back by the Seller or any of our member company in a re-saleable condition. The cost of return to the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer and will not be refunded.
Return of Exchange Unit
To return an exchange unit to any Jappart member company first drain all fluids from the part. Then seal the part in the plastic bag included in the new part's box, and put it in the box and simply return it to base make sure that you pack it safely so that the product may not get damage. We recommend using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your part gets back to Jappart Member Company safely and quickly. |
