Customer Service 

In the unlikely event that you are in any way unhappy, we will always accept a return within 14 days. Even if you don't like the item! Item will be returned at buyer's cost, and original postage cost will be debited from the total amount prior to issuing any refunds. In the extremely unlikely event that the item is faulty, we always reimburse postage costs, including returns postage costs, to minimise the inconvenience to the customer. Goods have to be tested by Intogaming staff, and verified to be faulty, prior to issuing any refunds. The 6 month warranty does not cover misuse, or damage caused by the customer this includes but is not limited to removal of warranty stickers.
