Shipping

At Best 4 Memory we understand that when a customer orders a product they want it as soon as possible with no hassle. That’s why when an order comes through; we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours, so you can have your order that bit sooner.

All of our items are sent via Royal Mail delivery service. The estimated delivery time for 1st class is 1-2 working days and for 2nd class 3-4 working days. Using Royal Mail results in us having very little or no control over your item once it is in their hands, sometimes items get lost or Royal Mail take a little longer to process the mail, we ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within a reasonable length of time then don’t hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you. We do advise all customers to choose 1st class delivery as the mail is processed faster, therefore less likely to be misplaced or lost, plus you could receive your item next day if ordered before 4 PM.

International Shipping - All international shipments will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. This method carries a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is availible to accept delivery. If you would like the tracking number then please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns

At Best 4 Memory we regard customer satisfaction as the most important factor of business. Thats why any item received, deemed to be faulty or damaged, we will happily refund or replace without hesistation. Before returning an item we must be contacted, if you do not contact us then we cannot resolve any issues untill contact is made. You can contact us via e-mail - ebay@best4memory.co.uk. All items must be returned in the condition they are received in with all the neccessarry contents. Failure to comply with this will result in us not been able to replace or refund the item. We require the product to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt so our Technical Team can run some tests on the product. If the product is faulty or damaged then a replacement will be sent out the same day, or a refund will be issued. If for some reason a product is wrongly identified as faulty, then a handling fee will be charged to the customer to cover postage and testing costs. The product will then be returned to them.

On the chance you order the wrong product, then we will hapily exchange the product for the correct item, charging or refunding the difference where appropriate, however in all circumstance the customer will be charged the original postage fee incurred by Best 4 Memory. If you want to return the product for a refund then the orginal postage cost incured by Best 4 memory and a restocking fee will be charged.

We regard feeback as an extremely important part of the eBay transaction process.
