Payment

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. We also accept payment by credit or debit card and this can be done by calling 0113 2177141 between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery

All listed items are in stock and will be dispatched same day (Mon-Fri) if payment is made before 12pm.

All small orders are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail which has a delivery estimate of 1-2 working days, though this is not a guaranteed service.

If your item does not arrive within 15 working days please contact us so we can file a claim with Royal Mail for a missing item.

Larger orders will be sent by 24hr courier with insurance included.

Terms & Conditions

The sooner you pay for your goods, the sooner we can get them to you - We pride ourselves on our fast dispatch.

If your item is sold as new and appears to be faulty, please contact us to discuss a replacement.

Please note, we do sometimes sell "shop return" items. These are usually sold as "untested" and this is stated in the auction listing. We do not accept returns for any item that is sold as "untested".

We do accept returns for unwanted items but the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and all items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In addition all Items must be returned unused, i.e. sealed items should not have been opened.
