Excellent quality officially licenced dark blue T-shirt with SNES control pad logo on the front.

Size S is 36-38" Chest (92-97cm)

Unisex, model is female in Size S.

Size M also available, see other items.

Machine wash 40C, tumble dry not recommended as heat could damage logo over time. Iron on reverse.

All prices are for non tracked airmail unless stated.

UK: £0.75 + postage cost
Italy: We strongly recommend tracking. We do not know why, but some parcels have gone missing when sent without tracking to Italy.

Please send us a question if you want to add tracking. It is no problem, we will add it to the invoice straight away.

Please also note that shipping costs include time, packing materials, fuel, among other costs. We try to keep shipping costs sensible given the above, but if you feel a shipping cost is high, it may be a mistake, contact me, we will check it out!
Remember also it is a good policy on ebay to be mindful of the total cost of an item, that is, when comparing the price against others always include p&p.

Returns and Distance Selling
Although we hope you are happy with your items, and will not want to return them at all, under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to return the item within a period (we stipulate 10 days). Obviously if there is nothing wrong with the item then postage costs and your return costs are not refunded, only the item cost will be refunded.
Please note that the exception to the distance selling act is for brand new sealed items. You may return them of course, but your refund amount will be subject to a valuation on the item as unsealed. A prime example is if you bought a factory sealed rare game, whereas you return it unsealed, the value could be significantly less. In this instance we would refund you the lower value, as by unsealing the game you have devalued it.

FRAUD PREVENTION: IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Console World UK takes all payment fraud seriously. Please note that we reserve the right, and may do the following as part of our anti-fraud policy if we suspect there is a risk that you are attempting to commit fraud:

- Ask that you confirm your PayPal address before we can dispatch items
- Randomly send an item using tracked post, even if the listing does not state such (at our cost)
- Only agree to send the item to you using an insured tracked method (at your cost)
- Ask for proof of address in the form of a scanned document
- Refuse to send to an address other than the one registered in PayPal
- Refund and refuse to send the item should you not comply with our requests for further information

You can minimise the possibility of the above by Confirming your Paypal Address, this is a simple step that protects us and you from fraud.
All episodes of fraud of whatever nature are always reported to the police with supporting evidence.

Return policy

Returns accepted under the following conditions:
1) Faulty items, these will be checked upon return. Records are kept of items despatched, and these are inspected upon return. 
2) In the UK: the distance selling act. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, if there is nothing wrong with the ietm. You will also only get your refund if the item returns in the SAME condition as it left. So USE GOOD PACKAGING and RECORDED DELIVERY! Always check first (for example there are exclusions to the act, for example, if you bought a new game and removed the factory seal). I will always give a sensible resolution to problems so don't be afraid to ask!

In all cases you must contact me before attempting a return, otherwise I may just think the incoming item is a new stock item!

As most of my items are "Buy it now" items then it's easier for me to manage if you buy and pay at the same time. This will also mean your item will be shipped very quickly.
