VAT and Surcharges 

VAT is included in the price at the new 15% rate, passing the full saving onto the customer! The price listed is the price paid! Unlike others we have no hidden charges whatsoever! All our prices include free postage and postal insurance for UK customers. All our prices also include free postal Insurance to the EU.

Customer Service 

In the unlikely event that you are in any way unhappy, we will always accept a return within 14 days. Even if you don't like the item! Item will be returned at buyer's cost, and original postage cost will be debited from the total amount prior to issuing any refunds. In the extremely unlikely event that the item is faulty, we always reimburse postage costs, including returns postage costs, to minimise the inconvenience to the customer. Goods have to be tested by Intogaming staff, and verified to be faulty, prior to issuing any refunds. The 6 month warranty does not cover misuse, or damage caused by the customer this includes but not limited to removal of warranty stickers.
