The Nikken CNC-201B is a superb single spindle CNC rotary table that was originally designed for use on the Bridgeport & Cincinnati VMC. The table has a rear mounted motor configuration which means that there are no restrictions with the axis traverses on the Y axis of the machine.  The CNC-201B is offered in the first instance without the motor, this can be fitted at cost subject to target machine tool control prior to delivery alternatively can be fitted with a Nikken Alpha controller (not supplied - extra cost option) or any number of suitable motor makes and models of around 2 to 4Nm continuously rated by us or by the purchaser. Supplied with motor gear and reference switch (solenoid valve and pressure switches can be fitted within the auction price should the interface call for them). This unit is reasonbly rare to the second user market and not available on a regular basis, if you have a need for a table of this type and size, snap it up before it is gone forever!.

The table is capable of carrying 50kg unsupported or 100kg horizontally with a tailstock (not included). The table rotary axis has a 1/90 all geared final drive ratio giving a rotation speed of 22.2rpm with a 2,000rpm motor or faster with faster motor selction. The unit has an air clamping system for braking.

This table is fully warranted for parts and labour for 12 months from delivery or can be rented through our rental scheme. Finance packages are available on this item through Close Asset Finance Limited (subject to status).

The table weighs around 55kg.
