The type of payment we accept includes:

Please complete your payment within 10 days of winning our items – IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTIES OR NEED A LATER PAYMENT CONTACT ME !! – If needed I will raise unpaid disputes to reclaim my Ebay selling fee’s.

• PAYPAL - Preferred as it is secure and fast. Please make payment to                        chris.coy@hotmail.com
• Postal Order - I accept these and can cash them when I post your item so your items arrive quicker than cheques!!
• Personal Cheque – this delay’s the items dispatch as the cheque needs to be paid into my bank and cleared before dispatch – it normally takes me a few days to pay it into my bank.
• *Please include a short covering note – i.e clearly include your NAME, ADDRESS and ITEM TITLE with all Non-Paypal payments.

Shipping and Postage

• Items will be dispatched as soon as we can after we have received your cleared payment, usually the next day if it is not Sunday / Bank Holiday.  This is the general rule but on occasions it can be same day or within 2 business days.
• Items shipped to United Kingdom normally by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
• Some Items can be shipped to worldwide, please email us to confirm the P&P cost first.
• I list some items as recorded delivery but the majority are not sent recorded delivery but I always keep proof of posting and this can be supplied if required.  My proof of posting constitutes my side of the contract to dispatch the item.  The proof of purchase would enable the buyer to launch a missing item dispute with the Royal Mail.

Return and Refund

I do not list a return policy on ANY of my auctions. If you are not satisfied in any way contact myself so we can work together and try to resolve. Please read item descriptions carefully and email if you have any questions. Returned items must be in resalable condition and all original unopened packaging. We guarantee to refund you immediately without any question or deliberate delay. (Refund excludes postage and packaging costs and postage back to myself  is at the buyers expense)
