RETURNS POLICY

Unwanted Goods / “Cooling Off” Items / Buyer Error

Returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), returns that are the customers choice under the distance selling regulations, goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 14 days of receipt.

As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund either your postage cost for returning your item or the postage cost from the original dispatch. (Your refund then will be the final eBay price before the postage charge).

The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

Wrong Item received / Faulty Item / Seller Error

Returns that are our fault would include items incorrectly dispatched or faulty goods. In this instance we will refund in full including the original postage plus the return postage cost.  If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error.
