WE HAVE A 15-DAY NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS GUARANTEE SUBJECT TO A $5.00 RESTOCKING FEE. For non-defective items we will refund the price of the item minus a $5 restocking fee (not including shipping & handling) as long as the item is returned to us within 15 days after the order was shipped in the same new condition it was received in. 15 days means you need to return the item within 5 days of receiving it. Please try your items on carpet to see if they fit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will not accept returns that are taped in their original boxes. IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE we will provide you with directions to return the items directly to Nike for a purchase voucher valued at the original suggested retail value of the item you received.
