Frequently Asked Questions
When will I get my item ?
Delivery usually takes 3-5
working days after receipt of cleared funds.
On most occasions you will receive your item
within this timeframe. However, don't panic
if your item does not arrive within this
time frame ! Please allow 10 days from when
you sent payment for your item to arrive. If
it has not arrived within 10 days, e-mail us
with your item number and inform us you have
waited 10 days for your item to arrive. We
will then run a track and trace and find out
the whereabouts of your item, and inform
you. In many cases, items have attempted to
be delivered by the post man but no-one was
at the address, and the postman has not left
a card informing you of this. A trip to your
local collection office often results in you
collecting your item !

Please allow 7 working days
before contacting us regarding the status of
your item. Also, read above for further
details ^^^
If there has been any
problem regarding delivery of your item,
rest assured we will contact you.
My goods are faulty or have been damaged in
transit
Please contact us by email immediately.
If we require your item to be returned,
a return address will be stated in your
reply email. Once you receive this,
return the item to the address given
with a small note explaining the reason
of return and eBay item number. FAULTY
GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS
FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THEM. When the
item has been received and checked we
will either send you a replacement or
refund your payment. Refunds/exchanges
are only issued whereby the item is
received back to us in the condition we
sent it including all tags and
packaging.
The item I have purchased does not fit me
Returns due to
wrong fitment may be accepted only if the
requested size is in stock. This is at the
discretion of the management, we will always
try to help you as much as we can but if we
do not have the size you need in stock then
we cannot help you. A £10 shipping &
handling/ re-stocking fee is charged for
this service. Handling charge is payable
before item is re-sent, send the handling
charge using your original payment method or
put it with the item you are returning. Make
sure you write the item number for which the
handling charge is for. Please note, we can
only exchange your item if we have stock of
the size you require an exchange for.
Exchange of an item due to a sizing issue is
at our discretion. We do not refund for
incorrect sizing.

Terms of Business
Whichever method you use to pay, please
complete the checkout procedure by clicking
on eBay's Pay Now button stating method of
payment, and please remember to include the
item number when sending.
Payment must be made within 7 days of end of
auction, otherwise the item will be relisted
and a non paying bidder alert will be filed.

we cannot exchange or refund items bought in

responsible for postal delays.
