 These are fashionable HIPSTER style shorts. They are brand NEW and made of soft black velour. They have a rhinestone SNOOPY on the back. They are for a 23-25'' waist, approximate age 9-11 ( 30" leotard )

I also have these available in NAVY and EMERALD GREEN velour, please say if you would like these when ordering.
