Faulty Items.

In the event an item is faulty simply inform us within 48 hours of receipt and you can return it to us in its original packaging in re-saleable condition. Please provide item no and ebay id with any return the item will be exchanged or cost of item refunded.


Damaged Items.

If for any reason the item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and we will provide return details. Please provide item no and ebay id with any return, on receipt of the return the item will be replaced or refunded.


If you change your mind.


If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be new when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods you must return at your own expense. Once the item is received at Fonewear with relevant info., we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.


Are Postage fees refunded?.

Unfortunately postage and packaging fees are non-refundable and return fees must be paid for by the buyer. We advise buyers to return items via recorded post, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit
