NEW ZEALAND CHEESE RECIPES - From the Finest Pastures-New Zealand Cheese-Finest Cheddar-Always say New Zealand

This is an illustrated booklet of information and recipes with colour and sepia pictures of a cheese factory and dishes prepared using Cheese.

Published by New Zealand Dairy Products Marketing Commission, St Olaf House, Tooley St, London SE1. Not dated but looks c1950 (the NZDPMC was set up in 1947 and disestablished in 1961). 

Card covered booklet, 32 pages plus cover, size approx 13.5cm x 20cm. Overall good condition, clean, contents good, corners good. Very nice.

An excellent item for the local historian, family history researcher and collector.
