We accept returns within 7 days of delivery to you. The goods must be unused, in fully resalable condition, unassembled and in their original packaging.
The goods must be returned at the customer's expense and sent back to us. Returns must be sent via a method that requires a signature.
Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, if we don't physically receive the returned goods, NO refund can be issued. Once we have received the goods and they are in the condition as stated above, you will then be issued with a refund of the cost of goods, less the cost of any delivery charges we have incurred in getting the goods to you.
