All our shoes are in stock and ready to be dispatched. Our items are individually checked prior to dispatch to ensure you receive your item in perfect condition. All our items are boxed for protection. These boxes may occasionally be slightly damaged in transit but they serve their purpose in protecting your purchase.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24hrs of receipt of payment.We post the goods by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard or 24 hour courier depending on the weight of the item. If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If the item has not been collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given. Proof of posting is obtained for your protection and ours and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.

You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange. All we ask is the returns must be within 7 days of delivery, the goods are returned in the exact same condition they were sent. We require that you email us so we can expect delivery stating your purchase and reason. You must include your invoice number in your returns package to speed your refund. We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns as with every e-commerce retailer we cannot refund delivery costs. All of our goods are checked individually, prior to dispatch, to ensure you receive your item undamaged.
