we cannot change the size - The size you bid on is the size
that will be sent to you

We offer mainly auction items and are not a mail order company.

Distant selling laws states: Where any item has been purchased at a set price, the buyer has a right to return it for any reason.

We fully comply with these terms. Our returns policy states that all items must be returned within 14 days of the auction ending and the buyer must notify us of their intentions within 7 days.

The garment must be returned with all original tags in place and must be in the original state i.e. unsoiled with make- up, perfume, or smelling of smoke.

Refunds will not be given for any item damaged when the buyer has tried it on.

REFUND COSTS

The buyer must return the garment by the same method as sent i.e. sent 1st class -returned 1st class - this cost is non refundable and is payable by the buyer.

Any original postage and packaging costs will not be refunded as these costs have already been incurred by the seller

If all the refund conditions are adhered to then a refund will be issued. However, please note that there is a 5% administration and restocking fee to cover costs already incurred by EBay.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Any damaged item will be exchanged first, if a replacement is available, and if not a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the faulty item.

We accept payment by cheques, postal orders or paypal

Overseas payment must be by paypal or sterling cheques only. Please note dollar cheques or money orders are not accepted due to the high bank charges to exchange them.

Items are shipped on receipt of payment within 3 working days by standard post. This service is not traceable so we cannot guarantee safe delivery of your item.

However, if you wish we can send your item/s by recorded or special delivery services at an extra cost. Please contact us if you require us to do this and will incorporate the costs in the final invoice.

Overseas shipping is by Royal Airmail and again is not traceable so if you think there might be a problem we can send by Airsure at an extra cost.

Please note items shipped overseas will take longer to be delivered so remember this before enquiring about its whereabouts.

Allowances must be made for payments at the weekend as items will not be sent until the Monday.
