I always ensure that my goods are well packaged before shipping them and expect them to arrive in as good condition as sent. Regretfully I cannot accept returns for used goods and can only assist in claiming compensation for goods damaged in the post. Please keep all original packaging as Royal Mail may need this to complete a claim. Where a refund is agreed upon only the purchase price will be refunded. First class return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
