The Summit Digital USB Microscope also features focusing from Just 10mm to infinity, and images can be saved in JPG and BMP format. Moving video images can be taken & saved in standard AVI format.

Everything's Included:
Supplied with a stand, and Software to connect to your PC / Laptop where images & video can be captured with ease. The unit has it's own LED lightsource to aid focussing and image capture in dark places. The supplied Software CD contains drivers and capture software. The latest version of the software has yet to be passed by Microsoft so (for now) you may get the standard Microsoft warning during installation. We have fully tested this on various machines running XP and Vista and can confirm it's software is very compact and causes no conflicts or system speed reductions etc.

Intallation sequence: Insert disk and install Driver then MicroCapture software . Reboot your system if you are requested to at this point.
Now plug in your MicroScope to any USB 2.0 port. Under Windows XP the 'Found New Hardware Wizard' will start. If this happens simply select the '[Install software automatically]' option and click [Next].
If you get the MS security warning press '[Continue Anyway]'.
Click [Finish]
That's all there is to it! - This information is included in the booklet supplied with your MicroScope.
