POSTAGE AND DELIVERY:

Concerning large items, only a curb side delivery is provided. This means the item will be delivered to your door.

NON UK & NON UK MAINLAND LOCATIONS:

Due to off-land transportation charges, our UK P&P charge is NOT applicable to Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight or any other overseas islands off the UK. These locations are to apply the Europe P&P charge. Unfortunately anyone needing their item sent to Malta will need to pay an extra £20.00 on top of the European P&P charge to cover extra postage costs.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is provided as standard to cover the value of your item (excluding any items containing glass, i.e. monitors, TV's, Overhead Projectors etc). Claims against damage will only stand if the receiver of the item has signed and indicated that the item/package has been damaged. If the item has been signed for, then the carriers T&C's and ours state by signing on receiving your item, you have agreed your item has been delivered in the condition expected therefore a insurance claim cannot be processed.

GENERAL:

We will ship the item to the address provided from your PayPal payment, eBay registered address or if otherwise stated. Therefore please ensure PayPal and eBay details are correct so we can ship to the correct address otherwise a redelivery charge will apply.

We are not responsible for any carrier delays.

The winning bidder must pay fully within five days from the end of auction. If the item hasn't been fully paid after five days then we reserve the right to offer the item to other bidders or charge a reasonable storage fee.

In the event your item needs to be returned back to us, you will need to co-ordinate the return shipment. Once we have received the item back in the same condition it was sent, then we will refund you.
