Unwanted items can be returned within 7 days on receipt of your purchase, any returning items will only be eligable for the refund of the item price and not the postage costs displayed.
Faulty items:
All items have a 12 month warrenty, unless otherwise stated in the description listing. Any items reported within the first 28 days, have the option of either a replacement or a full refund, any return postage costs will be reinbused. Items over 28 days will be offered a replacement only on receipt of the faulty item, proof of purchase required. Postage for returned faulty items will be reimbursed once the iem has been received and tested. |
