Delivery:
We can only accept orders from UK registered eBay users
We can only deliver to PayPal & eBay confirmed billing addresses. We are not able to amend a delivery address after an order has been placed.
If you do not receive your item you should inform us within 10 working days of the order being placed. We are unable to investigate after this time.
If your item is not paid for immediately there may be a delay of up to 3 working days for your order to be despatched.
Orders placed over a weekend will be processed the following working day.
Please be aware that, at times, the couriers may experience delays in delivering your order. As such we would request that you allow 5 working days for this to arrive before contacting us.

Returns:
You have 7 days in which to contact us from the date you receive the item if you no longer want the item.
We will not accept returns on used items.
We do not refund postage on items you choose to return.
