All items on sale are tested by our technical team an are in 100% working order before despatch. (Unless otherwise stated or listed)

Strictly returns are only accepted if item received is not as described or damaged.
In the event of a return the following steps will be taken before a refund is granted:
- Serial numbers will be checked with the motherboard on Tomtom units. 
- All returned items including accessories will be inspected by our technical team and examined for signs of tampering, unscrewing, scratches or damage caused by the buyer.

Please choose to contact before returning any item. 
We will work together to solve any issue.

We’d like you to appreciate that these measures are taken to prevent buyers from purchasing working items, exchanging it with their faulty items and returning in for a refund. This under no circumstances is acceptable.

Postage
All items are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery unless otherwise stated. 
Proofs of postage (receipts) are filed on every transaction. 
Although very unlikely, we do not accept liability of loss or damages in the post due to negligence’s by Royal Mail. In the unlikely event of loss or damages in the post are necessary claims should be made against the delivering company.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
