Defective items: Occasionally, items come from the factory defective, or with missing parts. If this occurs, please note that we stock spare parts, and have product engineers on staff (via email) to help resolve any issues. We can replace any missing parts. Defective items that cannot be fixed with parts will be replaced, at our discretion, with a brand new item.

 All products (unless otherwise stated) have a 7-day exchange/store credit  policy if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you must contact us for a RMA number. All returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals; failure to do this will result in a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from store credit.  Shipping is non-refundable and refunds given will be less actual shipping cost including items that qualified for free shipping.
