TERMS OF SALE

Please read all information in the listing carefully before bidding.

Contact MUST be made within 3 days of the auction end, even just to say you are aware of the sale. If no contact is made, then I will presume that the buyer does not wish to continue with the payment, and after 5 days, may offer the item to another buyer.

PAYMENT

I accept payment via PayPal only. Payment must be made within 5 days of the Auction end, unless otherwise arranged during an auction.

SHIPPING

My postage charges are made up of the costs of delivery, packaging and time, and are set at very reasonable prices.

I always get a certificate of posting from the post office for all items sent through the post, and can be requested by the buyer.

I will offer at least 2 different types of postage options for you:

First Class Standard - The buyer cannot claim for lost or undelivered items, as I obtain a Certificate of Posting with all items sent, which can be provided upon request of the buyer via Email.

First Class Recorded - If item is undelivered or lost in post, buyer must wait at least 15 working days until I can make claims through the post office. A refund, minus the postage charge, will be issued after a claim is made through the post office. The buyer, via Email, can request a copy of the Recorded Slip.

Special Delivery - If item is undelivered or lost, buyer must wait at least 5 working days for a claim to be made through the post office. A refund, minus the postage charge, will be issued after a claim is made through the post office. The buyer, via Email, can request a copy of the Special Delivery Slip.

Posting to other countries

I will offer the postage on the listing if the item is available to other countries.

Please do not bid if your country is not within the listing

Feedback

If you have any problems with a sale on Ebay, please contact me so we can work things out.

I will not leave negative feedback until I have contacted the buyer first, but if I do not receive any contact from a winning bidder after a week of the auction end, then a ‘non paying bidder’ report will be made and negative feedback will be left.
