UK buyers: Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse on the next working day after payment has been completed, using first class Royal Mail services or DPD Courier service. Time of delivery should be up to 5 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark France Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands buyers: Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse on the next working day after payment has been completed, with DPD Courier service.
Estimated time of delivery is up to 7 working days but can vary according to the local postal services.

All other buyers: Items will be shipped from our Kettering warehouse on the next working day after payment has been completed using Airmail without a tracking number. We do not have an estimated time of delivery; it can vary according to the local postal services.

Insurance:
Shipping insurance is available and highly recommended; we don't take responsibility for uninsured parcels.

Note to our customers: If you see a discrepancy between the shipping cost on eBay and the shipping cost in our drop-down shipping calculator, the correct shipping cost is the CHEAPER one.

Returns are accepted for a store credit or a money refund (your choice) up to 7 days after the item has been received.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused). You will need to carefully save all the original tags, packaging and paperwork of the item. Items must be returned to the same address from which they were sent.

In cases when the return is a result of an error made on our part (and only in those cases), we will refund not only the item's price, but also the full shipping costs. Otherwise you may choose between a refund and store credit, which you will receive when the returned item is collected by us, please bear in mind that it takes up to 7 days to process the return.
