l       90 Days After Sales Support Policy is provided after the dispatch date for our selling item.

l       We are responsible only for the defect caused by manufacturers.  We will bear the cost of labour & parts for repair of a manufacture defect. 

l       If item comes with a warranty card, please keep it & must present in order to make claim.

l       The Policy does not cover the damages of cosmetic damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.  We reserve right to examine the actual causes of the damages and make an ultimate decision.

l       The Policy does NOT cover any connection cables, battery, charger, remote controller, external casing, memory card & accessories.

l       You will be responsible for all costs of having the item returned to you.

Shipping & Handling

l       After full payment is received & cleared, the item will be shipped to you from Hong Kong directly.  Online tracking number is available at the same time.

l       Provide tracking nos. for sending by Courier or Registered Airmail package.

l       Courier package normally takes about 2-4 working days ; Registered or Regular Airmail package takes 4-10 working days to arrive in most countries excluding customs clearance time.  For some countries, it may take a longer time to deliver.

Return & Refund Policy
